These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the TopsailIsland.com domain auction website (the “Site”). By accessing the Site, registering an account, or placing a bid, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Site facilitates an online auction for the domain name TopsailIsland.com. Bidding is open only to registered users. All bids are binding offers to purchase the domain subject to these Terms.

Participation in the auction does not guarantee a successful purchase.

The Site owner reserves the absolute right, at their sole discretion, to:

• End the auction at any time
• Suspend or pause bidding
• Modify auction rules or timing
• Withdraw the domain from auction
• Decline to complete a sale for any reason

The domain may be sold privately or through another channel at any time, with or without notice, even if bidding is active.

• All bids must be made in good faith
• Bids are binding and may not be withdrawn
• Bid amounts must meet or exceed the stated minimum
• Any attempt to manipulate or disrupt the auction may result in disqualification

The Site owner reserves the right to invalidate or remove bids at their discretion.

The winning bidder must submit full payment within five (5) calendar days of the auction’s conclusion.

• Failure to pay within this period may result in forfeiture of the winning bid
• The Site owner may offer the domain to another bidder or sell it privately
• No guarantees are made that the second-highest bidder will be contacted

Payment methods and transfer details will be communicated directly to the winning bidder.

After confirmed payment, the domain will be transferred to the buyer using standard industry practices. Escrow services may be used at the discretion of the parties involved.

The Site owner is not responsible for delays caused by third-party registrars or escrow providers.

The domain is offered “as-is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, search engine performance, traffic, or revenue potential.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to participation in the auction.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction determined by the Site owner.
